Delivery time

If customers need to arrange for a designated or special time, please contact our customer service staff via WhatsApp (+852) 9514 4925 or WeChat.

If the customer fails to collect the goods during delivery, the goods will be returned to our center and the customer must collect them by themselves.

Delivery time outside Hong Kong will be longer, and China varies depending on the province. Please contact us on WhatsApp or WeChat to estimate the delivery time.

Service Charges

Free delivery service is available for purchases of HK$1,000.00 or above (excluding special sales item), and you can choose to pick up in person or pay by SF Express for those below HK$1,000.00. The details are as follows:

Pick up address in person:
1. Room 1203 Island Beverley, 1 Great George Street, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong
2. Unit 405 4/F, Tower B, Hunghom Commercial Building, 37 Ma Tau Wai Road, Kowloon

SF Express:
It is recommended to choose “S.F. Station/Service Center Pickup/Industrial and Commercial Delivery”. Normally, it will arrive within 1-2 working days. If you choose “Convenience Store/Smart Cabinet Pickup”, due to the limited storage location, there is a chance that it will take more working days to arrive. Please pay attention to those in urgent need.
