I agree to:

  1. The copyright of the above electronic DVD/CD belongs to Rapha Foundation Ltd.
  2. The only acceptable times to copy the above electronic DVD/CD is if the purchaser copies the file to a computer’s hard drive.
  3. Once the purchaser has finished using the DVD/CD or no longer has use for it, the electronic DVD/CD cannot be given away to others or resold (violator will have to bear legal responsibility if the resold or giveaway items being copied illegally). In discarding the above electronic DVD/CD, remove any and all traces of the above electronic DVD/CD from computers, destroy any electronic or hard copies of the electronic DVD/CD, remove any qq or emails associated with the purchases of the electronic DVD/CD.
  4. In the event, where breach of this Agreement, legal actions in accordance to applicable law will be undertaken against the purchaser.

本人同意 :

  1. 電子 DVD/CD 的版權全屬於拉法基金會有限公司。
  2. 唯一情況可以覆制就是下載到個人電腦的硬盤內。
  3. 當購買者使用完畢或無需再使用這 DVD/CD 時，不可以轉贈，也不可以轉售 (違者因轉贈或轉售而導致 DVD/CD 被非法使用，會違反版權法，必須承擔法律責任)。當無需再 使用這 DVD/CD後 , 必須刪除所有電腦硬盤內關於DVD/CD 的足跡, 摧毀這電子 DVD/CD 的硬件, 及消除任何接收這 DVD/CD 電子或 QQ 郵件。
  4. 倘若違反本協議的規定，我們將會對訂購者採取合適的法律行動。
